  3. MONTH 3: DATA COLLECTION SYSTEMS
    Design and implementation of ESG data collection system. Preparation of forms and procedures for information gathering. Staff training on ESG data collection and verification. Establishment of data quality control processes. Integration with existing company IT systems.
  4. MONTH 4: FIRST ESG REPORT
    Collection and verification of all required data. Calculation of company’s carbon footprint (Scope 1, 2, 3). Preparation of first ESG report compliant with ESRS standards. Report verification by independent auditor (optional). Preparation of marketing communications.
  5. MONTH 5: IMPLEMENTATION AND COMMUNICATION
